Rocky Mountain Conference on
Analytical Chemistry attendees will have the opportunity to attend the
Snowmass Rodeo on Wednesday, August 4. Celebrating its 35th consecutive season, the
Snowmass Rodeo offers authentic western fun for all. Events include bull riding,
team roping, barrel racing and bronc riding. Li'l buckaroos can compete in the
calf scramble and mutton bustin'. A western barbeque and saloon is offered, as
well as western merchandise, petting zoo, pony rides and mechanical bull. After
the rodeo a campfire, cowboy sing-a-long and marshmallow roast takes place.

Shuttle service from Silvertree hotel to the rodeo and back, plus admission
ticket to the rodeo, is available to Rocky Mountain Conference attendees, their
families and guests for $25 per person (children 10 years of age and under are
free). Food, beverages, merchandise and rides are additional and can be
purchased onsite. The rodeo starts at 7:00pm and concludes at approximately
8:30pm. Shuttle service will leave the Silvertree at 6:00pm and return at
conclusion of rodeo.
