Snowbird Resort is nestled within the Little Cottonwood Canyon, in the Wasatch Range of the Rocky Mountains. This refreshing mountain setting offers world-class facilities, dining, accommodations and activities. Salt Lake International Airport (SLC) is approximately 29 miles away from Snowbird. Ground transportation options between Salt Lake International Airport and Snowbird include rental car (group rates with Avis), taxi cab (approximately $50 one-way), and shuttle service (approximately $39 one-way) with Canyon Transportation.
Lodging options include traditional hotel style rooms at The Cliff Lodge, as well as condos at The Lodge at Snowbird.
The Cliff Lodge: The Conference Center is located here. If you want to be close to restaurants, the pedestrian village and in the same building as your meetings, then this is where you will want to stay. Snowbird’s flagship property, The Cliff Lodge, offers three restaurants, two lounges, two swimming pools, four hot tubs and a world-class spa.
The Lodge at Snowbird: Located within a short walking distance from the Conference Center. All rooms have exterior balconies with mountain views. Fireplaces and kitchens are available in condominium units. Snowbird’s original lodge, The Lodge at Snowbird, offers a restaurant, lounge, fitness room, steam room, outdoor swimming pool and hot tub.

Cancellation Policy: No penalty if cancelled 3 days or more prior to scheduled day of arrival. Subject to one night’s room and tax if cancelled less than 3 days prior to scheduled day of arrival. After check-in, fully non-refundable.

Cutoff Date: Room rates are valid through and including June 25, 2015. After June 25, 2015 rooms and rates are subject to availability. Early reservations are recommended as rooms, or certain types of rooms, may sell out prior to June 25, 2015.
