Lodging is designated at the Gold or Silver level depending on amenities available in the building. There are two villages at the resort in close proximity to the Copper Conference Center.

The Village at Copper Mountain: The Copper Conference Center is located here. If you want to be where the action is, close to restaurants and shops, then this is where you will want to stay.

The East Village: Located near the Copper Creek Golf Course and offers epic mountain views. A quieter area with a few restaurants and frequent shuttle service to the rest of the resort and Copper Conference Center.

Deposit Policy: Credit card required at time of booking, full payment will be charged to the credit card 14 days prior to arrival date.

Cancellation Policy: Full refund less 10% if cancelled 15 days or more prior to arrival date, full forfeiture of reservation value if canceled 14 days or less prior to arrival date.

Cutoff Date: Room rates are valid through and including June 12, 2014. After June 12, 2014 rooms and rates are subject to availability. Early reservations are recommended as rooms, or certain types of rooms, may sell out prior to June 12, 2014.

Check In/Check Out: Check in time is 4:00pm/Check out time is 10:00am

Incidentals Pre-authorization: A pre-authorization will be placed on your credit/debit card upon checking in, if you wish to allow incidentals to be charged to your room.
