Visa Assistance

If you require assistance in obtaining a travel Visa you must submit an abstract and be registered and paid in full for the conference. Requests for assistance submitted before March 15^th, 2025, will be answered expeditiously. After March 15^th, 2025, the turnaround time may be slower, as conference organizers are dealing with multiple schedules.

Financial Assistance (Stipends)

Travel stipends are available for students or postdoctoral associates based on the quality of their scientific contribution to the meeting. Determinations of travel stipends are at the discretion of the Symposium Chair and/or their Organizing Committee. Funding for travel stipends has been generously provided by our supporters. Decisions about travel stipends are made depending on priorities, the number of requests and the available funding. These stipends are only for travel-related expenses.

To apply for a travel stipend, you must first submit an abstract for consideration of an oral presentation or poster presentation. Once your abstract has been submitted, you can then apply for a travel stipend. Please have the following available when submitting your travel stipend request:

• Special access link (URL) emailed to you after you submitted your abstract (via the Govital abstract submission page↗︎)
  

  If you need to recover your special access link, enter your email address in the Resend Access Link section and then click Resend.

• Short statement explaining the need for support
• Letter of recommendation from your advisor

The deadline for funding requests is May 15^th, 2025. NO REQUESTS FOR SUPPORT WILL BE CONSIDERED AFTER THIS DATE.

Two types of award are available:

• Student (amount to be determined)
• Postdoctoral (amount to be determined)
