Roommate Matching Service — Terms & Acknowledgment
The RMCMR Roommate Matching Service is provided solely as a voluntary courtesy to assist conference attendees who may be interested in sharing lodging accommodations. Submission of a roommate request does not guarantee that a potential roommate will be identified or that a successful match will be made.
RMCMR, its organizers, committee members, staff, contractors, venue partners, and individuals administering the roommate referral service do not screen, investigate, verify, endorse, recommend, or guarantee any participant or the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of information submitted through this service.
RMCMR and its representatives are not parties to any roommate arrangement and, to the extent permitted by applicable law, assume no responsibility or liability for lodging reservations, payments, financial transactions, personal interactions, property loss or damage, personal injury, disagreements, disputes, or other issues arising from roommate arrangements or participation in this service.
Participation is entirely voluntary. Participants are solely responsible for independently verifying information, communicating directly with potential roommates, determining compatibility, making their own lodging reservations and payment arrangements, and exercising appropriate judgment before sharing personal information or entering into any commitment.
Information submitted through this form will be accessible to authorized RMCMR representatives administering the roommate referral service. By submitting a request, participants consent to RMCMR sharing their name, email address, and relevant roommate preferences with potential matches for the limited purpose of facilitating introductions. This information will not be published in a publicly accessible roommate directory.
Participants should not submit sensitive personal or financial information, including credit card numbers, banking details, government identification numbers, home addresses, or passwords.
