1 Pricing
Lodging is designated at the Gold or Silver level depending on amenities available in the building. Rates exclude tax and surcharge.

2 Pick a Village
There are two villages at the resort in close proximity to the Copper Conference Center. The pricing above applies to both villages so you would just be making a decision based on the trade-offs below.
Center Village: The Copper Conference Center is located here. If you want to be where the action is, close to restaurants and shops, then this is where you will want to stay.
East Village: Located near the Copper Creek Golf Course and offers epic mountain views. A quieter area with a few restaurants and frequent shuttle service to the rest of the resort and Copper Conference Center.
3 Reservation Details

Deposit Policy: 15% of the total lodging amount will be required as deposit upon making reservations. The balance on the room reservation will be billed to the credit card number on file 25 days prior to check-in. Full payment is required at time of booking for reservations made inside of 25 days of arrival.
Cancellation Policy: Full refund less 10% of amount received if cancelled 30 days or more prior to arrival date, full forfeiture of reservation value if canceled 29 days or less prior to arrival date.
Early Departures: A fee of 100% of the remaining room nights lodging amount will be charged if an attendee checks out before their confirmed departure date. This may be waived for emergency situations but must be authorized by PCM.
Cutoff Date: Room rates are valid through and including July 2, 2024. After July 2, 2024 rooms and rates are subject to availability. Early reservations are recommended as rooms, or certain types of rooms, may sell out prior to July 2, 2024.
Check In/Check Out: Check in time is 4:00pm/Check out time is 10:00am
Incidentals Pre-authorization: A pre-authorization will be placed on your credit/debit card upon checking in, if you wish to allow incidentals to be charged to your room.
