Lodging Deposit: A one-night deposit per room for room rate, taxes and fees is required at the time the reservation is made by phone. Final balance for the entire stay will be automatically charged to the credit card on file three (3) days prior to scheduled arrival date. Online reservations require full payment at the time of booking as a deposit.
Lodging Cancellations: The reservation lodging deposit is fully refundable up to three (3) days prior to the arrival date. Reservations cancelled within three (3) days prior to the arrival date will be charged for one (1) night’s lodging, taxes and fees. Upon scheduled check-in date, reservations are fully non-refundable. Reserved nights not utilized due to no-shows, next day arrivals or shortened stays are considered cancellations, resulting in a non-refundable charge for the entire reservation.
Reservation Due Date: Lodging room reservations should be received by Thursday, July 2, 2026
Check In/Check Out: Check-in time begins at 4:00 pm and is guaranteed by 6:00 pm. Snowbird will make every effort to check guests in prior to that time as rooms become available. Check-out time is 11:00 am. Photo ID is required at check-in along with a credit card for incidental charges. Debit cards are not recommended
