Registration rates:
- Full Conference – $480 ($420 if registered and paid by June 15, 2016)
- Full Conference Student Rate – $200 ($170 if registered and paid by June 15, 2016)
- Single Day – $320 ($260 if registered and paid by June 15, 2016)
- Single Day Student Rate – $140 ($110 if registered and paid by June 15, 2016)
Cancellation Policy – Cancellations on or before June 15, 2016 are fully refundable. Cancellations after June 15, 2016 are non-refundable, however substitutions are allowed.
